Q: Do I need to stay with my child all day?
A: You're welcome to stay and hang out for the duration of the session, but it's absolutely fine to just drop your child off and return to pick them up at the end of the session.
Q: What if we only want to attend one day of the workshop instead of the full session?
A: No problem at all! Just come by on the day you’d like to join and purchase a drop-in session—no need to register in advance.
Q: Will my child be provided with food during the session?
A: Yes, we provide healthy snacks and ensure there is designated time for participants to enjoy a snack break.
Q: Can I send my child with their own food or snacks?
A: Absolutely! We kindly ask that if any items require refrigeration, please notify us so we can store them properly in our fridge.
Q: What happens if my child experiences an emergency while in your care?
A: Emergency contact information is required for all children. In case of an emergency, we will take the necessary steps to ensure their safety. Please make sure the contact number provided is current and reachable.
Q: What if my child misses a session or I’m late for pickup?
A: Absences are non-refundable, but you can reschedule if you notify us in advance. For late pickups, there’s a $20 fee for every 10 minutes. If you’re running late, please call us, and we may waive the fee depending on the situation.
Q: What if we need to request a refund or reschedule for another week?
A: Refunds or rescheduling must be requested before the start of the week’s sessions. If needed, contact us as soon as possible at (559) 615-1373.
